Authors’ Note: Normally I don’t post twice in one day. However I had already posted Ask Catilda when I found this little gem. Since I will be doing RL home business stuff tomorrow it is unlikely I will remember to post and Monday just seems too far away sooooooo…. today you get a treat; TWO TDRP posts! Enjoy! (Because you never know when I’ll get around to posting again!)
Anna over at Too Many Annas made a post in her blog reminiscent of the Friday Five but she did it RP style. Five basic questions to ask and answer about your character to help get you started on the path to role play. As always, I’m very supportive of anything that encourages role play and helps the new player get their introduction to it so I thought I would post the answers from Nauloera’s point of view here.
I encourage you to visit Anna and read her post on it and perhaps write your own answers as well!
The questions as posed by Anna were:
- What is your character’s name?
- Why did he/she pick his/her class?
- What’s the worst trouble he/she ever got into as a child?
- What is his/her favorite thing to eat?
- What does he/she have in his/her pockets?
Answers from Nauloera:
- Anchorite Nauloera. Anchorite is a title for a holy person among my people. We do not, traditionally, use surnames.
- The Light chose me to follow this path. I was granted the gifts of healing after many of what you might call centuries. Once I had found my calling as a healer and spiritual guide for my people I felt as if at last I had found something that had been missing from me for a very long time.
- My childhood was over long before we came to the world of Draenor. The years before that were troubled as my people fled world after world seeking refuge from the Burning Legion. Sadly, many of the memories of my childhood I would rather not share.
- Anabeth of Lost Virtue Manor makes these rather tasty pies with berries native to your world. I am also rather fond of golden fish sticks and roast talbuk. I can, however, live without anything made from clefthoof.
- My robes do not have pockets. Perhaps I should sew some in. It would certainly be handy while traveling. I do wear a string around my neck with a ring on it that I had made for my sister before our tragedy on Draenor. I wear it to honor and remember her.
So what are the answers to yours?
