So it is again Friday night, Saturday morning, and once more I am up waaaaaay past my bedtime. What am I doing? Same thing I did last Friday!! ARTZ!

Yeah, it still has issues (lots of them!) but I’ve learned that eventually I have to stop messing with them and move on to the next one. Learn something and go. That’s what I’m doing here. Someday I’ll make it better. Or draw it new!

So I posted a warning that I was going to be working on my art some more. Well I have been! But the two pieces I have in process aren’t ready to share yet but I thought I would share this older one. Eventually I will get around to adding a background and maybe doing a bit of tinkering with it.

So until yesterday I hadn’t posted in over a month. Yes, because of stress and other commitments sometimes the blog gets shoved aside for large stretches of time. I don’t expect that to change much. As a matter of fact, it may get worse.

I have decided to get back into art. I have always loved drawing and have had to repeatedly shove it aside to pay the bills. I’ve decided I’m tired of sacrificing what I love. I am going to get back into my art and bust my backside to turn it into something more.

You might have noticed I’ve been having a bit of trouble getting anything written lately. I won’t whine and fill you in on all the details. Lets just say it’s been difficult. So instead of struggling to write something today I thought I would share a piece of art that I did some time back. It was one of a few I did that I had originally planned to make into a calendar. Ah, well. Best laid plans and all of that.
